📋 What gets deleted

Once your request is verified and approved, we permanently remove:

Your account profile, email, phone number, and photo
GPS location logs from clock-ins and clock-outs
Schedule and shift history
Time-off requests and balances
Messages and file attachments you sent
Push notification tokens and preferences
Your login, so the account can no longer be used

What we must keep. Hours worked and pay records are wage records your employer is required by law to retain for a set period. Those records stay identifiable to you, because that is what makes them valid wage records. We keep them only for that purpose, only for as long as the law requires, and delete everything else.

⏱️ What happens after you submit

You get a reference number on this page. Keep it.
We verify that the request really comes from the account holder before changing anything. We may email you at the address you give to confirm.
We complete verified requests within 30 days.
Nothing changes until verification is done. Your account keeps working as it does today, and submitting this form does not lock you out.
