ClockWork Pro ("we," "our," or "us") operates the ClockWork Pro mobile application and web dashboard (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.
Account Information: When your employer creates your account, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), role, department, and hourly rate as provided by your employer.
Time & Attendance Data: Clock-in and clock-out times, break durations, shift schedules, timecard approvals, and time-off requests.
Location Data: When you clock in or clock out using the mobile app, we collect your GPS coordinates solely to verify you are at your assigned work location (geofence verification). We do not continuously track your location. Location data is only collected at the moment of a clock event and only when location permissions are granted.
Device Information: Device type, operating system, push notification tokens (for sending you schedule updates and reminders), and app version.
Profile Photos: If you or your employer upload a profile photo, we store it securely.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure employees can only access their own records, while administrators can access organizational data.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
ClockWork Pro uses GPS location data only for geofence verification when employees clock in or clock out. Specifically:
We send push notifications for schedule updates, timecard approvals/rejections, shift swap requests, missed clock-out reminders, and team messages. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
Our public website and web dashboard use Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag.js) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors arrive at our site. This involves a small number of cookies set by Google, which may collect your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and pages visited.
This tracking applies only to the ClockWork Pro website and web dashboard. The ClockWork Pro mobile app does not use Google Ads, Google Analytics, or any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
You can opt out of Google's advertising cookies at adssettings.google.com or by using browser tools that block third-party cookies.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If your employer deactivates your account, your records are preserved for their business needs. If your employer permanently deletes your account, all associated data (time logs, shifts, messages, time-off requests) is permanently removed from our systems.

ClockWork Pro is a workforce management tool intended for use by employers and their employees. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
